What we do
- Discovery Session
We research the history and personality of your culture and business goals. Areas of management focus or concern are discussed and inform the survey questions.
- Engagement Survey
We run an online survey with up to 20 customised questions to collect data and identify areas for improvement. Sample question topics can include:
– What frustrates me at work?
– What motivates me at work?
– Am I clear about my role?
– Is communication effective?
– What are the time wasters and bottlenecks?
– Do I have personal control over my tasks?
– Do I understand the business goals?
– Do i have the support and resources to achieve my tasks?
- One-on-one interviews
We conduct a customised, 20 minute, one-on-one session with each participant by phone, face-to-face or Skype, to probe into low scoring areas. Probing through personal consultation allows richer insights to be uncovered and more targeted recommendations to be made.
- Employee Performance Booster (optional)
We determine the specific personal support needs of each employee and provide advice and recommendations tailored to the personality of the individual to overcome performance issues.
- Operating Model Blockers (optional)
We determine the obstacles that exist in your operating model that block high performance and provide advice and recommendations on how to mitigate the issues.
